How Do I Book An Appointment?

How To Prepare For Your Appointment

Please come at least 10 minutes early for appointments.
Always bring your health card as it will be checked at every visit.
Bring all of your medications so they can be verified in your chart.
Notify us of any address, contact, or personal information changes.
Notify us if your pharmacy has changed.

What Should I Do If I Cannot Make My Appointment?

We have several options for your convenience;
Notify us by calling (705) 253-6599 or
Cancel online via Ocean online booking (coming soon)
Please notify us at least 24 hour in advance of any appointment cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice may result in a missed appointment fee. Please note that if you arrive late for an appointment, you may not be seen and you may be charged a missed appointment fee.
